Questions, feedback, a look that keeps failing or a privacy request? Email us at oscar.lehuu@gmail.com. We usually reply within a few working days. In the app you can also use Settings, then Help and feedback.
- Manage or cancel a subscription: on your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then ManeBooth. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Restore purchases: in ManeBooth, open Settings and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID you bought with.
- Refunds: purchases are handled by Apple. You can ask for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Delete your photos and data: in ManeBooth, open Settings and tap Delete all my photos and data. This removes your selfie and looks from your iPhone and asks our server to delete what it holds for your install. Deleting the app also removes your photos and looks from your phone.
- Out of looks: paid plans include 40 looks a week. Failed tries never count. You can wait for the weekly reset or buy a one-time pack of 25 looks.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser requests them from Google's servers.
