1. The agreement
Footy President is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add a few game-specific points. If they conflict with Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA wins.
2. The game
Footy President is a work of fiction. The league, clubs, players, officials and media outlets are invented. Any resemblance to real people or organisations is coincidental. The game is not affiliated with, endorsed or licensed by any professional league, players' association or club.
3. Purchases
- The first three seasons are free. Go Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited seasons. It is not a subscription.
- Other optional items are either one-time unlocks that stay with you or clearly labelled consumable boosts. Nothing is random.
- Purchases are processed by Apple and tied to your Apple ID. Use Restore to get one-time unlocks back on a new device. Consumable boosts are used up when you use them.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies and Australian Consumer Law.
4. League files
If you share league edit files, you are responsible for their content. Do not use real people's names or trade marks in files you share publicly.
5. Liability
The game is provided as is. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.
